The game itself is pretty snappy, good beeps and boops when performing tasks and gathering. Some pretty pleasant music too. The bar takes a very long time to speed up and slow down, so trying to catch up with any fish is impossible, unless the fish comes to a complete stop. Speaking of fish, i've seen fish shoot up in under 3 seconds, then shoot back down, then shoot up and down rapidly.
