Webb22 feb. 2024 · So, I have a base set up, and with winter almost over I've been doing exercise to get my Fitness up (because it seems to be leveling a lot more slowly than Strength). I started out doing Squats until my Regularity bar was filled up. Is there any reason to switch to Sit-ups and build that Regularity bar as well?
