WebbConclusion: treadmill walking is very effective for weight loss. So, based on those numbers, I am pretty convinced it is well worth the effort. If you just spend an hour a day walking on the treadmill while working, you'll see a pretty nice benefit without much effort. If you spend a few hours a day walking, you'll get a much bigger benefit.
