Web23 Jan 2010 · Justin B. I'd highly suggest NOT powdercoating exhaust components, especially headers and manifolds. If you want them coated, send them off to be ceramic coated. Powdercoat is baked on and flows almost as a liquid (so it's smooth on the piece like paint..) at a much lower temperature than what exhaust components reach. Alternatively, the exhaust manifold from Eastwood comapny does a great job for a lot less money if temperature management is not crucial.
