I've ran a lot of open crews myself and I'll list my personal experience with each type. Galleons are chaos incarnate. WebGet ready to cycle through crews till you find a good one. In general 80% of open crews don't work well, because people are just starting the game and don't know what they are doing. Which isn't always a bad thing as it can be fun to coach new players.
