The curriculum includes theory related to the nursing care of geriatric patients in order to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the LTC, chronically ill patient. WebOur faculty have a wealth of experience and expertise in Long-Term Care, geriatrics, and leadership/management. Certificate Criteria Participants must successfully complete all 3 courses, normally over a 2-year period, to earn the Certificate in Point-of-Care Clinical Leadership in Long-Term Care. The passing grade of 70% is set for each course.
