WebJun 23, 1998 · I used Gymseal on my cabin floor after being recommended by a couple of other boat owners. It seems to be holding up well after four years of use and I wouldn't call it slippery when wet if one is wearing boat shoes but it could be under bare feet. It has a high gloss finish, goes on easy with a foam brush, no marks at all. Fred WebJan 21, 2013 · In 2004 we used a product called Gymseal by McCloskey. It was made for gym floors and worked GREAT!!! It did not yellow or peel when wet for extended periods. It was bright but never slippery. It is no longer available Unfortunately, some chemicals were spilled on our cabin sole and it did remove a small spot that we now must fix.
