The realm which you are trying to create the character is currently full. So you either can wait it out, or make ... WebEventually, when they get more hardware or the hype finally dies down, they will allow creation of new characters again. No servers are currently locked to new characters. All servers are Standard. The only problem is that you cannot create characters during peak times. Apologies if my wording was unclear.
